Education

Job Description

• Lead and manage multiple technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and communicate program goals, objectives, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration between technical teams, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to program delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, vendors and other stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team
• Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
• Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baselines
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
