Drive sales growth by managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales and marketing strategies within the electronics industry.
Responsibilities
Manage existing customer accounts to achieve sales revenue, profitability, and growth targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence
Plan and conduct customer visits and meetings to provide technical support and strengthen relationships
Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows to increase market reach and brand visibility
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets effectively
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify business opportunities and inform strategy
Maintain and update sales progress reports to track performance and inform management
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control to maintain healthy cash flow
Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the electronics industry
Ability to communicate effectively in English for liaising with overseas counterparts
Resourceful, customer-focused, and results-driven approach to sales
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated and sales-driven mindset to achieve targets independently
Possession of own vehicle is advantageous for business travel
Willingness to travel overseas for business purposes
