About the role
Interior design role for commercial projects involving fit-out and alteration & addition work. You will produce concept designs, space planning, presentation slides, construction drawings and as-built drawings in accordance with project requirements.
Key responsibilities
Produce concept design, space planning, presentation slides, construction drawings and as-built drawings in accordance to project requirements
Propose materials through moodboards and harmoniously combine different materials and textures
Work with 3D software including SketchUp, AutoCAD, VRay, and Photoshop
Multi-task as an individual and work as a team in dynamic and positive environment
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present designs
About you
Experience in interior design for commercial projects (Fit-out/A&A Work)
Adept in SketchUp and 3D software (AutoCAD, VRay, Photoshop)
Site experience is an advantage
Good communication, self-motivated, teamwork, interpersonal and presentation skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Relevant Diploma or Degree in Interior Design
Entry Level candidates may apply but will be subject to review
