Measuring land and boundaries: Use specialized tools (GPS, total stations, drones) to determine precise land dimensions.
Preparing maps and reports: Create detailed plans, charts, and legal descriptions of land areas.
Researching land records: Review historical maps, deeds, and legal documents to verify property lines.
Supporting construction projects: Provide data and layout guidance for engineers, architects, and builders.
Ensuring compliance: Follow local laws, regulations, and surveying standards.
Marking sites: Physically place markers or stakes to indicate boundaries or construction reference points.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of mathematics and geometry
Proficiency with surveying technology and software (e.g., GIS, CAD)

Ability to work outdoors in various conditions

Education & Requirements
Diploma or degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related field.
