Job Summary

Coordinate and monitor site building progress by providing administrative and operational support to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery schedules by verifying and amending orders according to site progress to ensure timely supply
• Participate in site discussions to identify and resolve missing items promptly, minimizing project delays
• Investigate and resolve site-related errors or problems to maintain workflow continuity
• Maintain accurate records of site projects and organize filing systems for efficient document retrieval

You will extract steel reinforcement quantities from structural drawings, draft technical drawings for production, and coordinate technical matters with site personnel to support project execution.

Responsibilities

• Extract bill of quantities for steel reinforcements from structural drawings to ensure accurate material planning
• Schedule and draft technical drawings using appropriate tools for submission and production purposes
• Coordinate technical issues with project site personnel to facilitate smooth project progress
• Attend site discussions as needed to resolve technical queries and support project teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit-BIM tools to enhance drawing accuracy and efficiency
• Minimum Diploma in Structural/Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline to support technical understanding

Coordinate and manage delivery schedules, liaise with customers and internal teams, and ensure smooth logistics operations to support production and customer order fulfillment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate deliveries for trailers and self-collection arrangements
• Liaise with customers on delivery schedules and related matters
• Follow up with drivers and customers to promptly resolve unloading issues and minimize delays
• Collaborate with production teams and planners to prioritize and support urgent customer orders
• Arrange collection and delivery of coupler bars efficiently
• Coordinate deliveries from the galvanising yard to customers to ensure timely receipt
• Monitor availability of empty trailers and coordinate their allocation for production use

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Work experience in a manufacturing environment to understand operational workflows
• Prior experience in logistics, operations, or delivery coordination to enhance delivery efficiency
