What You Will Do
• Analyse business workflows and identify process improvement opportunities
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Support ERP optimisation and ensure data integrity across systems
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and operational reports using Power BI
• Coordinate with internal technical teams on system and data deliverables
• Support digitalisation and transformation projects from requirements through to delivery
• Maintain SOPs and support audit readiness across key processes
• Provide cost-saving analysis and recommendations to management
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools; Power BI experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination and stakeholder management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field is preferred
