Job Description
We are seeking a capable and dedicated TCM Training Manager to lead clinical training and technical development within our Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practice.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate is required to:
Develop and implement structured training programmes for therapy staff
Standardise therapy procedures and treatment protocols
Provide hands-on training in manual therapy techniques (e.g. Tuina, musculoskeletal-based therapy methods)
Mentor and assess staff competency to ensure consistent service quality
Work closely with TCM physicians to support treatment processes and improve outcomes
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve training systems
Ensure compliance with relevant operational and professional standards
Support operational improvements and enhance patient service quality
Requirements
The candidate must:
Hold a Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or related healthcare field
Possess strong knowledge and practical capability in TCM-based therapy techniquesHave experience in training, mentoring, or supervisionDemonstrate good understanding of clinical workflow and service processes
Ability to effectively communicate and conduct training in a multilingual clinical environment, including English- and Mandarin-speaking contexts
Working Hours
6-day work week
11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Required to work on weekends and public holidays based on operational needs
