You will supervise daily support operations, leading a team of technicians and workers to plan and execute efficient administrative procedures that enable smooth business functions.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to maximize team productivity
Facilitate smooth and timely flow of information within the company to support business operations
Manage schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
Monitor office supply inventory and manage purchasing within budgetary limits
Track costs and expenses to support accurate budget preparation
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and coordinate tradespersons to maintain workplace functionality
Organize and supervise office activities such as recycling, renovations, and event planning to support company initiatives
Ensure all operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations
Stay informed of organizational changes and business developments to adapt support operations accordingly
Perform additional duties as assigned by the director
