Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Construction)to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing budgets and schedules, and liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and government authorities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects.
- Develop project schedules and monitor project progress.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations and workplace safety requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Prepare project reports and updates for management and clients.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field, Construction Management, Building, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant construction project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety requirements in Singapore.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Able to workday or night shift.
