Responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to support the organization’s hiring needs. This includes sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, conducting headhunting activities, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and assessing suitability for open positions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and direct headhunting.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
* Schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Conduct reference checks and verify employment-related information when required.
* Manage offer negotiations and facilitate onboarding processes for successful candidates.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment strategies.
* Monitor recruitment progress and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
* Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
* Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or human resources.
* Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
