Key Responsibilities:

What we're looking for

6. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Ensure all cleaning operations strictly follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry standards
• Conduct routine and random site inspections to assess cleanliness, hygiene standards, and staff performance
• Maintain comprehensive records of inspection results, issues identified, and actions taken
• Report service gaps and operational issues promptly to the Resident Manager and Operations Team
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Identify recurring issues and support continuous process improvements to enhance cleaning quality
• Assist in reviewing and updating SOPs as needed
• Provide on-the-ground support during audits or client site visits
• Recommend and coordinate retraining sessions for cleaning staff when quality standards are not met
• Participate in onboarding and training sessions for new cleaning personnel, focusing on quality standards
• Investigate and document customer complaints, determine root causes, and recommend resolutions
• Track and analyze trends in inspection data to propose improvements and reduce non-conformance rates
• Ensure availability and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment as per standards
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new cleaning tools, products, or technologies
• Foster a culture of accountability and excellence in cleaning performance across all teams

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong observational, reporting, and analytical skills
• Bilingual preferred (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with diverse teams

Requirements:

• A Diploma or equivalent educational background is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or operational roles.
• Strong leadership abilities with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Source and monitor tender opportunities (e.g. GeBIZ)
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information for submissions
• Follow up on sales enquiries and maintain good client relationships
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all submissions
• Assist in cost estimation and pricing preparation
• Support the sales team in daily coordination and administrative duties
• Assist in contract documentation and project handover when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support / coordination preferred
• Candidates without experience but willing to learn are welcome
