Job Summary

Assist project managers in coordinating construction activities, supporting project progress, and ensuring safety compliance to deliver projects efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction activities on-site to support project managers in achieving timely progress
• Plan, organize, and control project tasks to maintain workflow and meet project milestones
• Support overall work progress from initiation through project completion to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with contractors and workers to monitor work quality and maintain a safe work environment
• Assist in conducting Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) audits and implement WSH processes to foster a strong safety culture

1. Full responsibility of all coordinating works assigned for all projects from start to completion; and
2. Must have the ability to manage, plan, initiate, execute, organize, motivate, monitor and communication well; and
3. Able to work with tasks assigned and interact with stakeholders from tender stage till completion of projects.
4. Able to educate and manage workers.
5. Autodesk experienced will be advantaged.
6. Preferred Workplace and safety knowledge.
