About the role

As a Beauty and Wellness Consultant at Beauty 100 Wellness Group Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to clients on a wide range of beauty and wellness products and services. What you'll be doing

Assist customers in selecting the most suitable beauty and wellness products and services to meet their individual needs and preferences

Demonstrate product features and benefits, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends, new product releases, and innovative treatments

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless customer service and coordinate appointment scheduling as needed

Contribute to the overall sales performance of the business by achieving individual and team targets

Participate in regular training and development programs to continually enhance your skills and expertise

Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the beauty, wellness or retail industry

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Perform high-quality facial, slimming, and wellness therapies (we provide training & tech upgrades regularly!)

· Work hand-in-hand with Consultants to understand client concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans

· Deliver a premium experience with every session – from welcoming to post-care

· Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in treatment rooms

· Stay sharp – participate in internal upskilling workshops and knowledge sharing sessions

· Build trust and rapport with clients – many of them become regulars and even friends!

✅ What We’re Looking For:

· At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a beauty or wellness therapist (Singapore experience preferred)

· Recognized qualifications (e.g. ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, WSQ or equivalent) are a plus – but skill and attitude matter more

· Proficiency in facial treatments, body slimming, lymphatic massage, or moxibustion therapy is a bonus

· Strong communication, professional grooming, and passion for service

· Diligent, teachable, and a strong team player with a positive mindset

About the Role

Beauty 100 Wellness Group is seeking a capable, driven, and people-focused Beauty & Wellness Branch Manager to lead our Raffles Place outlet. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced manager who excels in operations, team development, customer experience, and business performance.

As Branch Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day-to-day management of the branch, ensuring operational excellence, strong sales performance, and consistent service standards aligned with the Beauty 100 brand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop a team of beauty and wellness professionals, ensuring high service standards, productivity, and staff engagement

Oversee daily branch operations including scheduling, treatment flow, manpower planning, and client experience

Drive sales performance through team coaching, service excellence, and effective promotions

Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and ensure cost control

Track and manage branch financial performance, including sales targets, commissions, and operational expenses

Implement marketing and promotional initiatives in collaboration with HQ to grow new and repeat clientele

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Act as the key liaison between the branch and corporate office, ensuring alignment with company policies, SOPs, and business objectives

Foster a positive, accountable, and professional work culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Branch Manager / Salon Manager / Centre Manager role within the beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry

Proven leadership and people-management capabilities, with experience coaching and motivating teams

Strong customer service mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of sales targets, inventory control, and basic financial management

Ability to plan, execute, and support marketing and promotional activities

Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

Passion for the beauty and wellness industry with a commitment to service excellence

Are you warm, friendly, and love helping others? Beauty 100 Wellness is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our vibrant Raffles Place outlet. As our clients’ first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable, 5-star experiences from the moment they step in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Greet and welcome all clients with a bright smile and professional manner

· Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and daily schedules efficiently

· Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and client queries

· Support the team with general admin duties such as data entry, forms, and filing

· Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized front desk and lounge area

· Coordinate client flow and ensure smooth handover between consultants and therapists

· Assist in daily sales closing reports and basic payment handling

✅ What We’re Looking For:

· Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar customer-facing role preferred

· A warm and professional communication style – fluent in English (Mandarin bonus!). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

· Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and appointment systems

· Strong multitasker with attention to detail, especially during peak hours

· Friendly and service mindset – you set the tone for the entire client journey!

· Able to commit to 4-5 weekdays + Saturday, 10AM to 8PM
