Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Manager and customer representative Manager on new customer requirements.
• Work closely with IT PIC for all Apps issues reported by drivers.
• Check the daily reports for Milestone, POD uploading, External Calendar, AGS report.
• Assist and work closely with both Fleet Supervisor and Safety supervisor on day-to-day operations.
• Check and go thru all drivers OT's submissions provided by respective planners every 19th of each month.
• Prepare a summary report of the driver OT for HR submission.
• Assist the manager with leave application and approval when the manager on leave / MC.
• Support Escalations matters to IT for any App and Portal issues.
• Maintain the planning sheet for any new changes via the excel file.
• Maintain the drivers and fleets records in the BHS System
• Maintain and follow up with all POD (Hardcopy) request by Customer.

Requirements:

• N level; ITE Diploma or its equivalent, preferably in logistic or Operations Management
• Strong Problem solving
• Good time management and planning
• Good customer service, analytical, and follow-up skills
• Good organization skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Outlook, Words, and Excel
• Willing to do hands-on, operations-oriented
• Strong analytical ability, meticulous, sensitive to numbers and figures
• Able to work independently

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensured workers adhere to safety regulations and provided necessary training.
• Promoted safety practices and ensured compliance with safety regulations at work site Co-ordinated in assisting with implementation of the company HSE policies, safety management system.
• Implementing & maintaining Safety & Health Management System
• Enforced all safety requirements & in-house rules & regulations on site.
• Reviewed and proposed safety training needs/ requirements for workforce Conducted & reviewed Risk Assessments
• Ensured the implementation of safety campaigns & promotions. Conduct daily mass toolbox meeting.
• Conduct daily group inspection and reporting of worksite safety non-compliance issues.
• Provided continuous WSH Training to all internal staff and work.
• Organized WSH promotion campaigns, training courses and other activities to develop and sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards at site.
• Safety Inspection, Hazard Analysis
• Assist in Accident/ Incident Investigation Analysis & implement the controls measures to prevent re-occurrence.
• Analyzes hazards and develops appropriate risk assessment and management with our RM Team for company/site work activities.
• Carry out other Safety related function/duties and processes as directed by Safety Officer/Manager or Project Manager in charge at site.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• ITE / Diploma in any disciplinary
• Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar capacity in Manufacturing or Construction Industry
• Must have strong communication skills and be able to initiate improvement to the current Safety system when necessary, in compliance with local statutory and corporate requirements
• Must have both MWAH & WSH level B training competency
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to handle Chinese Speaking customers/counterparts)

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations

• Oversee day-to-day dormitory operations
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper housekeeping standards
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas

2. Resident Management

• Manage check-in and check-out of workers
• Maintain accurate residents’ records (names, employers, room allocation)
• Enforce dormitory rules and house regulations
• Handle residents’ complaints and feedback

3. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with regulations under the Foreign Employee Dormitories Act
• Monitor fire safety, emergency procedures, and incident reporting
• Work with authorities for inspections when required

4. Maintenance Coordination

• Report and follow up on repair and maintenance issues
• Liaise with contractors/vendors for facility upkeep

5. Security & Discipline

• Monitor access control and visitors
• Address misconduct, disputes, or disturbances among residents
• Ensure curfew or dormitory policies are followed

6. Administration

• Prepare reports (occupancy, incidents, maintenance logs)
• Keep proper documentation for audits and inspections
• Coordinate with employers regarding worker accommodation matters
