We are looking for a Tech Integration / Account Liaison Specialist to drive the seamless integration of new technologies, third-party systems, and APIs into a fast-evolving digital ecosystem. This role combines strong technical expertise with stakeholder management and delivery ownership, ensuring integration initiatives are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technology integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals
• Collaborate with internal teams (Technology, Product, Operations) and external partners to design and implement integration solutions
• Evaluate and recommend third-party platforms, APIs, and tools to enhance digital capabilities
• Oversee API development, microservices architecture, and middleware solutions to enable seamless system connectivity
• Ensure high system performance, reliability, and scalability across integrated platforms
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration standards, and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement of integration processes, tools, and frameworks
• Monitor emerging technologies and assess opportunities to enhance the digital ecosystem
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in system integration, software engineering, or related roles
• Strong experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and middleware technologies
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party systems and platforms within complex environments
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern system architecture
• Strong knowledge of security, data protection, and compliance standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and cold outreach, negotiation, and final contract signing.

• Strategic Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and build a robust pipeline of target merchants within assigned verticals.

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with prospects, understanding their payment collection challenges and positioning AXS as the optimal solution.

• Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in our CRM system, providing regular forecasts and activity reports to sales leadership.

• Market Intelligence: Act as the "eyes and ears" in the market, providing feedback on competitor activities, merchant needs, and potential new product opportunities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new merchants.

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record of 3+ years in a B2B sales or business development role.

• Experience in one or more of the following industries: Payment Solutions, FinTech, SaaS, Merchant Acquiring, or B2B Services.

• Demonstrable success in selling to mid-market and enterprise-level businesses.

• Strong ability to articulate a complex value proposition and build compelling business cases.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• A self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.

• Proficiency with CRM software.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, software architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications, either on the frontend or backend, using Java and the Spring framework.
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, identify potential issues, and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure proper functionality and identify and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with frontend or backend development teams, depending on your expertise, to integrate components and ensure seamless application flow.
• Design and implement scalable and secure backend solutions using Java programming language.
• Work closely with the QA team to support testing efforts, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI designers, and operations teams, to ensure successful project implementation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and the adoption of best practices and technologies.
• Provide support and assistance to other developers, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and security best practices, particularly related to payment systems and secure coding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Software Developer, with expertise in either frontend or backend development. Full-stack proficiency is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Javascript and experience with the related framework (e.g., Spring).
• Familiarity with securities concepts and secure coding practices, ensuring the development of robust and secure software applications.
• Experience in developing and integrating payment systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with databases and ORM technologies (e.g., Hibernate) for data modeling and persistence.
• Understanding of version control systems, such as Git, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of frontend build tools (e.g., Git, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Grunt, Gulp and package managers (e.g., npm, Yarn) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze requirements and implement effective technical solutions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is desirable.
• Relevant certifications in Java or related fields are advantageous.
