Job Summary
You will deliver innovative interior design solutions by providing space planning, developing detailed 3D renderings and layout plans, managing projects to meet deadlines, and supporting site supervision to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide space planning and design conceptualization tailored to client needs
- Specify materials and color schemes aligned with project requirements
- Develop detailed 3D renderings and layout plans, including M&E plans, carpentry details, and sectional drawings
- Conduct site measurements and site marking to ensure accurate implementation
- Select appropriate materials based on project specifications and client preferences
- Prepare mood boards and material boards to communicate design concepts effectively
- Assist in project management and site supervision to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Manage project timelines and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines
- Prepare quotations to support project budgeting and client proposals (added advantage)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max/Vray, SketchUp, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of design processes including furniture/carpentry systems, specifications, detailing, basic M&E, construction drawings, color, and materials
- Ability to work independently with self-motivation and strong work ethic
- Creative problem-solving and project management skills
- Relevant experience as an Interior Designer preferred but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
