Role Overview:

• Ensures end-to-end reliability, security, and performance of site IT/OT infrastructure supporting MRO operations, safeguarding zero disruption to safety, quality, delivery, and compliance while aligning to GE Aerospace global standards 1.

• Leads ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change processes, provides on-call escalation for production-impacting issues, and drives proactive monitoring, root-cause analysis, and asset lifecycle management to maintain SLAs and availability 1.

• Partners with shop leadership and global teams to plan and execute changes and projects (new lines, MES/data capture, AI/analytics pilots, expansions/re-layouts) safely during production windows; manages vendors and telcos to meet SLAs and control costs 1.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of digital tools, systems, and technologies relevant to manufacturing/aerospace; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; on-site at Singapore site

• Demonstrated incident management in 24x7 operations and effective communication in a matrixed global organization (reflecting must-have skills for this role)

Preferred Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in infrastructure/operations leadership within manufacturing, MRO, pharma, or heavy industry; strong plant/shopfloor IT & OT exposure (MES, industrial networks)

• Experience operating ITIL-aligned processes with measurable SLA outcomes; vendor and contract management with proven results

• Exposure to ISA-95, OT security principles, and segmented industrial network architectures; experience in regulated or safety-critical environments; prior work in multinationals with strong standards

Role Overview

The Lead Services Specialist – FieldService Representative (FSR) provides on-site technical support,training, and customer service to the Republic of Singapore Air Force personnelon the operation, maintenance, and repair of F110-GE-129 engines andassociated systems on the F-15 aircraft. You will:

• Serve as the front-line GE representative at the customersite
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and training onF110 engines
• Support maintenance planning, reliability improvements, and datareporting
• Perform daily management related to safety, quality, delivery and costsrequired to perform services and support customer maintenance activities.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your ownworkload, travel, and budget while upholding unyielding compliance andintegrity
• This role requires strong F110 technical depth, customer focus, and theability to work independently in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support &Troubleshooting

Provide interpretation of data and technicalinstructions related to F110 engine operation, maintenance, and repair.

Assist maintenance personnel with troubleshooting, adjustment,calibration, bench checks, routine maintenance, inspection, and repair ofGE engines.

Provide technical guidance to customer aircrew on theoperation of GE engines and associated systems.

Training & KnowledgeTransfer

• Deliver on-the-job training to maintenance personnel onmaintenance and operating techniques for F110 engines.
• Emphasize safety precautions and best practices during alltraining activities.
• Provide guidance in the use of authorized GE special tools andtest equipment.
• Identify training needs and recommend appropriate trainingprograms to enhance customer maintenance capability.
• Effectively transfer technical knowledge to less-experiencedpersonnel, both verbally and in writing.

Field Data, Reliability& Continuous Improvement

• Collate, analyze, and report in-service field data to GEAerospace Project Engineering for use in safety assessments, reliabilitytrending, and component improvement initiatives.
• Assist maintenance personnel in the processing of failure data anddefect reports, in accordance with standard customer reporting procedures.
• Provide analysis of maintenance difficulties and advise onchanges to maintenance, inspection, and training programs toimprove quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Relay relevant field issues and improvement information fromGE and other international operators back to the customer.

Customer Interface &Maintenance Planning

• Provide guidance to customers on the installation of GE enginemodifications and interpretation of related technical instructions.
• Assist customer personnel with maintenance planning andforecasting for F110 engines.
• Provide liaison support for processing components for repair ordeeper maintenance, coordinating with GE and approved repair facilities.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with customer personnel,acting with tact, diplomacy, and a high level of cooperation.

Autonomy, Compliance& Travel

• Work remotely from GE headquarters, taking responsibility foryour personal workload, travel, and budget.

Job Description Summary

The incumbent will play a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance, mitigating risks, and promoting a culture of excellence and safety within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety and Quality management systems, as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain high standards and minimise risks.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Serve as the registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and its subsidiary regulations.
• Fulfill the role of appointed Fire Safety Manager (FSM) under the Fire Safety Act and related regulations.

• Ensure that all Lines of Business comply with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations as well as fire safety statutory requirements.

• Implement, monitor, and facilitate continuous improvement of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems pursuant to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and audits, ensuring effective execution of control measures.
• Lead and support investigations into incidents and accidents, including root cause analysis and subsequent corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain fire safety management programmes, encompassing fire risk assessments, fire drills, and emergency response plans (ERP).
• Liaise with relevant authorities such as MOM, SCDF, and NEA regarding WSH and fire safety matters, including inspections, audits, and reporting.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related), Health and Safety, Ergonomics, or equivalent.
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM Singapore.
• Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF)
• A minimum of three years of relevant EHS/WSH experience is required, with preference given to candidates with backgrounds in aviation MRO, aerospace, or other high-risk industries.
