Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and lead carpentry works for commercial and office renovation projects
Coordinate site activities, manpower, and daily work progress
Read and interpret drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation
Perform hands-on carpentry work when required (fabrication & installation)
Ensure works are completed on time and meet quality standards
Liaise with project manager, clients, and other trades on-site
Enforce safety requirements and ensure compliance with site regulations
Maintain proper housekeeping and site cleanliness
Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of carpentry experience (commercial projects preferred)
Able to read and understand technical drawings independently
Strong leadership and site coordination skills
Hands-on experience with carpentry tools and machinery
Familiar with Singapore construction site practices and safety requirements
Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
