Major Roles& Responsibilities

• Plan and execute safe, effective daily driving routes for transporting patients to and from the Day Care Centre.
• Provide hands-on support to Day Care patients with transfers, ambulation, and toileting.

• Work closely with van escorts and actively participate in their training and competency audits.
• Escalate any van incidents to the Day Care Manager immediately.

• Assist in the planning and execution of transport arrangements for all patient outings.
• Ensure all p-to-date records of routes, mileage, equipment inspections, and maintenance and repair logs.
• Support ad-hoc dispatch duties required by other departments or organizational events.

Job Requirements

Education / Professional Qualifications:

• Preferably with GCE ‘O/N’ Level or NITEC qualification.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence without demerit points.

Skills / Experiences:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably bilingual and ability to communicate in local dialects.
• Confident in using Microsoft Word and basic Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:
