About the Role
You will have a salaried role with attractive bonuses and incentives (no bond). You will be responsible for driving the success of our business and introducing our partners’ and providers’ products to the market.
This role also offers an opportunity to customize our solutions offerings by presenting the ever-changing needs and desires of our customers to the management team.
You will need to be both a team player as well as someone who can succeed in a self-directed manner and above all else, a highly positive and coachable individual (regardless of age) with the drive to win.
- Career stability with additional sales incentives
- Uncapped sales incentives (potential annual income $75,000-$100,000 in 1st year, $90,000-$120,000 in 2nd year onwards or more)

Job Description
- Contact the assigned customer leads, meet them through online or F2F for portfolio review, updates and value add to existing clients' portfolio
- Provide excellent after-sales service
- Develop long-term relationships through regular reviews and high standard of service
- Stay up-to-date with market developments
- Participate in ongoing training, professional development and licensing requirements where applicable
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to deliver financial solutions
Essential Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or a diploma, or Full A Levels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proactive and self-driven, with a strong focus on results
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Prior experience in sales, banking, finance or insurance is a plus
- Relevant certification (CMFAS modules)
Candidates who are not yet fully certified should be prepared to complete the required licensing examinations and training under the applicable regulatory framework.
