Job Summary

You will act as a liaison to provide product and service information, answer questions, and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction and excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls, including occasional calls outside usual working hours with allowance
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build trust and maintain sustainable relationships with customer accounts through clear and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
• Meet individual and team call-handling targets
• Handle customer complaints by providing timely solutions and alternatives, and follow up to confirm resolution
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently
• Engage customers proactively to enhance their experience and satisfaction

- Have technical background in security industry, familiar with various electronic products, such as cameras, access control, solar panels, etc., and have relevant industry work experience at least 5 years

- Formulate and implement business development strategies: formulate business development plans based on the company's overall strategy, including market expansion strategies, sales targets, etc.

- Market research and analysis: collect and analyze industry trends, competitor situations, and customer needs to provide a basis for decision-making.

- Develop new markets: find potential customers, partners and new business opportunities to expand the company's business coverage.
