• Develop / Create / Enhance & Coordinating models from all trades for ongoing and past model work

• Change Order Processing
• Ensure that project operations comply with company standards and client requirements
• Assist with resource planning
• Assist in the production of construction documents and other deliverables
• Assist Naviswork Manage – clash detection add on to REVIT
• Assist Naviswork – construction programming / phasing add on to REVIT
• Assist Primavera & Microsoft Project for 4D simulation
• Assist Core-net BIM Submission, Authorities Submission.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.
• Minimally 2 years’ experience in building construction and project execution.
• Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• Good technical knowledge and planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
• Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills.

BIM Modeller (North / West)

Job Description:

• Create, develop and model detailing
• Develop and update BIM models using software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
• Ensure models align with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare for authorities submissions documentation and construction documentation.
• Create realistic, intelligent and highly accurate BIM models of Building Exteriors and Building Interiors
• Include precise and valuable pre-construction information such as Material Specifications, Quantities Estimates, Time Schedules, Costs Estimates
• Create libraries/ Families of information related to Standards, various styles, building components specifications necessary for engineering co-ordination.
• Provide technical support to team members in resolving modeling issues.

Requirements:

Our client is looking for a driven and customer-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support the car rental/leasing business. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales (New Customers)
• Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound leads, cold calls and outreach
• Conduct calls to understand customer needs and generate qualified opportunities
• Arrange appointments and hand over qualified leads to the Sales team
• Manage and track leads using CRM systems
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead conversion

Account Management (Existing Customers)

- Independently load and unload goods and hand over deliveries according to customer requirements

- Assist the warehouse team with housekeeping and basic facility maintenance

- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and cleaning; promptly report any vehicle faults or abnormalities

- Comply with traffic regulations and company safety operating procedures

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
