We are looking for a Counsellor to deliver the highest quality of counselling services for clients with gambling addictions and other counselling needs, equipping and motivating them to achieve positive change.

Counsellors’ scope of work includes conducting assessments, applying relevant counselling techniques (e.g. Motivational Interviewing / CBT), providing psychoeducation, documenting of case notes, submission of relevant reports and relevant administrative work.

Primary Duties:

• Deliver a suite of counselling services for clients with gambling addictions and/or other counselling needs

• Conduct initial interviews using approved assessment tools and frameworks

• Tailor counselling approach to address individual client’s needs and presenting issues

• Deliver relevant psychoeducation including equipping clients with practical skills & knowledge

• Document all case notes and submit relevant reports according to set turnaround timelines

• Facilitate application process for relevant support programmes

• Maintain excellent professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders at all times

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with internal / project requirements

• Maintain knowledge in line with changes in the field and to the highest standard

• Provide general counselling support to other clients as required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Passionate about working with clients with addictions or counselling needs and helping them achieve positive change

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Conversant in at least one other local language other than English (i.e. Malay, Tamil, and Mandarin)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimally a graduate diploma holder in counselling or other relevant qualifications

• Minimum of one year of practice in a similar capacity in the social services sector in the past 3 years

• Registered with the Singapore Association of Counselling (SAC) as a qualified counsellor

• Certified Gambling Addiction Counsellor (CGAC) or other relevant specialist qualifications preferred

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive (PT) to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in finance and accounting and possess a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. This role is a part time maternity cover position between 5 to 6 months (2-3 times work week).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, and intercompany billings/recharge.

2. Preparing and maintaining financial records, including ledgers, journals, financial statements, and cash flow monitoring.

3. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information

4. Assist in financial analysis and reporting on variances.

5. Prepare month-end data, and forecast inputs for Group Financial system upload.

6. Perform monthly billing audits.

7. Assisting with GST filing, audits and tax preparation.

8. Providing support for day-to-day financial operations, and ad-hoc projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

3. Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Excel.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

6. Ability to adhere to and meet due dates and objectives

7. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

8. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

The Role

The CMP Programme is part of the ‘Adapt and Grow’ initiative by WSG which is targeted at PMETs (Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians) who are affected by redundancy and job loss. Unemployed PMETs are referred to this programme where they are then qualified and enrolled. They are assessed by their assigned Career Consultant on their job readiness, whereby bespoke action plans are developed and effective career consultancy / case management (i.e. coaching, addressing barriers to employment, job search, etc.) is administered, leading to employment and continued support for the first 6 months once they enter work.

This is a vital role within the team that will help to transform lives of local PMETs by championing opportunities for them through building great working relationships with employers and supporting their transition back into work.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Clarify and manage Job Seeker expectations of the programme including responsibilities of both parties, data protection and programme requirements in order to achieve buy-in
• Provide career consultancy support including CV tailoring, interview preparation, exploration of alternative career options, etc. according to Job Seeker needs
• Identify barriers to employment, job goals and various training needs to develop mutually agreed upon Action Plan to support Job Seeker back into employment
• Hold regular follow-up appointments to provide accountability and monitor progress on Action Plan, making adjustments along the way as necessary
• Motivate, encourage and empower Job Seekers throughout their job search journey

Business Development

• Communicate value-add of AKG/ CMP Programme to build relationships with employers and secure new vacancies
• Understand employer business needs and partner with them to fulfil their hiring requirements by matching suitable Job Seekers accordingly
• Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local labour market, employers and industry sectors

In-Work Support

• Support Job Seekers through their first year of new employment via monthly calls to ensure sustained employment
• Assist Job Seekers with adjusting to their new work environment, troubleshooting any issues that may affect sustained employment

Administration & Quality

• Adhere to AKG, Project and WSG guidelines, policies and procedures at all times
• Document all correspondences and support rendered to Job Seekers on CRM system
• Ensure Job Seeker details on all systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on all relevant activities
• Maintain strict confidentiality of Job Seeker information in accordance to PDPA requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Local Diploma preferred

We are looking to hire a team of Programme Executives who will play an integral role in ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction for our Administration Services project with one of our main clients. The team will primarily be responsible for handling customer enquiries, maintaining records, providing admin and logistics support, and incident reporting and management.

Note: Those with leadership experience may be considered for an Assistant / Team Lead position.

Primary Duties:

• Conduct face-to-face and online meetings with client companies, and handle and document all telephone, email and online enquiries on programme / grant processing matters

• Liaise and manage communications with client companies, main client and external partners

• Organise, maintain and update multiple databases / records and maintain the highest level of data accuracy and completeness

• Consolidate and extract relevant data for timely updates and monthly reporting

• Provide administration and logistic support for activities and events

• Ensure timely incident reporting and management including follow-up actions according to the Incident Management Framework

• Schedule and perform on-site audits and collate audit forms for submission

• Consolidate client feedback and escalate any complaints to Programme Manager

• Provide ad hoc project-related support (e.g. support User Acceptance Testing, on-site activations, etc.) and attend onboarding / refresher training as required

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Science and Technology or Nutrition and/or Dietetics (candidates who have also completed the WSQ Food Labelling Good Practices course will be preferred)

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in an administrative, customer service or operations role (experience in grant processing will be advantageous)
