Key responsibilities

·      Develop and execute the overall business strategyfor the Southeast Asia business

Key requirements

·      At least 15 years of Private Equity FundAccounting experience

·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or otheraccounting qualification

·      Strong technical knowledge in private equity, venturecapital fund accounting / fund administration

·      Proven track record in team management andleadership skills

·      Strategic thinker with good commercial acumen

·      Strong understanding of market trends and industryinsights particularly in Southeast Asia markets

Our client is a boutique asset management firm that specializes in credit and special situations investment. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Finance Manager, the role will work from home and the role is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee fund finance and corporate accounting for the firm

• Liaise with fund administrators to prepare and review fund accounting reports, capital accounts such as capital calls/distribution notice, investor reports etc

• Monitor cashflow such as payments, reimbursement, invoices etc

• Maintain and update of investment and expense documents and schedules

• Prepare and review financial and management reporting, manage month-end closing and consolidation of management accounts

• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors to perform audit, tax and regulatory filings

• Maintain bank and custodian accounts and review banking transactions

• Work with the senior management in budgeting and financial forecasting

• Liaise with corporate secretary providers on board resolutions and meetings

• Assist in investor onboarding, KYC etc

Key requirements

The position is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients to provide them corporate secretarial services
• Handle a full range of corporate secretarial services such as company incorporation, preparing directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions etc
• Provide corporate secretarial services on Singapore VCC and Singapore entities
• Serve as the company’s Qualified Individual (QI) covering regulatory and compliance requirements
• Maintain statutory registers and submission returns to ACRA
• Provide good client servicing and advise clients on corporate secretarial matters
• Keep track on the latest corporate governance regulations and industry updates

Key requirements

• At least 3 years of Corporate Secretarial experience
