Job Description
• Coordinate, plan and support the daily work of the team/shift.
• Monitor processes and performance in the team/shift with focus on waste elimination.
• Act as a link between the team, support functions and team manager.
• Develop the key processes and tools within the cell.
• Close competence gaps by training/coaching and running SOP audit dialogues.
• Control quality, deviations and line stops together with team manager.
• When needed support team members with immediate problem solving.
• Execute production work according to ALPS standard and participate in continuously improvements.
What You Know
Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar leadership role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Familiarity with ALPS standards and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
