About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administration Officer to support our daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will assist in document management, coordination with consultants, and support the company’s compliance requirements including ISO audits and certification renewals. This role is suitable for candidates who are organized, proactive, and interested in developing administrative and compliance management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management and project teams
• Consolidate and maintain company documents, records, and internal reports
• Coordinate and liaise with ISO consultants, auditors, and internal departments for audit preparation and certification renewal
• Maintain documentation for quality management systems and compliance processes
• Assist in preparing documents and evidence required for ISO audits and management reviews
• Organize company files, digital records, and document control systems
• Schedule meetings and coordinate communication with external consultants and partners
• Support tender documentation and internal administrative processes
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (1–2 years of experience in administration is an advantage)
• Familiarity with ISO documentation or quality management systems is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

• Experience with document control or compliance processes
• Exposure to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 documentation
• Basic understanding of audit preparation and quality management systems

We are looking for a motivated Junior Electrical & Electronic Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will support engineering and project activities including project coordination, pre-sales and post-sales technical support, as well as testing and commissioning of electrical systems. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or engineers with a few years of experience who are keen to gain hands-on exposure in engineering projects and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project coordination including scheduling, documentation, and communication with internal teams and clients.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages, including product explanations, system proposals, and technical clarifications.
• Support testing and commissioning (T&C) of electrical and electronic systems at site.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Participate in site visits and troubleshooting when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Class 3 Driving License is a plus
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, or power systems will be an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for site work within Singapore.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary : S$3,200 per month.
Site Work & Transport Allowance : S$400 per month.
