A Sales Manager, is responsible for B TO C Sales Site Survey to propose running route & have Knowledge for Aircon equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve personal and department’s sales target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Canvassing new Channel of sales like MCST & Hotel etc....
• Monitor sales performance/customer service standards and take corrective actions as needed
• Resolve customers’ issues and escalate to management if necessary
• Be well verse on various products to guide sale executives
• Ensure compliance to policies and procedures and report concerns to senior management
• Collaborating with other departments to optimise the customer experience and improve store operations
Requirements:
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Able to speak and understand simple English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Relevant experience of selling Air-con
• Able to work Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm
