Develop electrical plans for buildings, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution systems.

• Implementation:

Oversee the installation of electrical systems, ensuring they adhere to design specifications and safety regulations.

• Inspection and Testing:

Conduct inspections and tests to verify the functionality, safety, and reliability of electrical systems and components.

• Project Management:

Manage electrical projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with other construction teams.

• Troubleshooting:

Resolve electrical problems that may arise during the construction process.

• Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of electrical systems and components.

• Compliance:

Ensure that electrical systems meet all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.

• Safety:

Prioritize safety throughout the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.

• Collaboration:

Work closely with architects, other engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed successfully.

• You will supervise sub-contractors' work and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• You will adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship to meet the stringent requirements conducted during site tests and inspections.
• Facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes and procedures.
• Drive safety and sustainability.
• Familiar with Auto CAD software and knowledge of BIM software will be an added advantage
