Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations efficiently
- Coordinate procurement activities, vendor communications, and purchasing processes
- Prepare reports, documentation, records, and operational paperwork
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Support management with operational planning and coordination
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and administrative projects
- Undertake additional responsibilities as part of career development and succession planning
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong potential and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
