Account position

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set of accounts
• Ensure compliance with the statutory tax requirements, including preparing necessary tax returns and quarterly tax computations.
• Report to Account Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in accounting software like MYOB/Quickbook/XERO
• Singapore accounting or audit working experience is an advantage

Job Description

Job scope:

 Responsible for a portfolio of audit engagements assigned to you

 Take charge for the planning, execution and documentation of audit engagements

 Follow up on client and engagement outstanding matters independently.

 May be required to work overtime or outstation for overseas assignments

Requirements:

• At least 1 to 3 years audit working experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, or professional qualification recognised by Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS),
• Preferably familiar with International Standards on Auditing
• Hardworking and positive attitude, with ability to work as team or individually
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills in English
• Meticulous and independent with supervisory skills and the right working attitude

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide pertinent information via email or WhatsApp.
• Preparation and Lodgement of ACRA forms such as Annual Return, Extension of Time, Change of Officers and Particulars etc.
• Send reminders for compliance deadlines, such as annual returns, and other obligations.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with other teams as needed.
• Preparation and Filing of minutes and resolutions of Board of Directors and of Shareholders.
• Attend to filing, typing and scanning of documents as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in the relevant field.
• Preferably adept at effectively using Excel, Word, and other CRM platforms.

Job Descriptions:

Corporate Taxation

Support clients on taxation services as follows:
-Preparations of clients’ corporate tax computations
-Preparations of ECI and Form C/C-S and the filings to IRAS
-Preparations and filings of withholding taxes to IRAS
-Research on various tax matters
-Any other ad hoc works related to corporate tax

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a relevant field with professional certification.
• Min 2 years of tax experience in a professional services or accounting firm.
