Accounts / Finance
· Maintain full sets of accounts for all company entities
· Perform bookkeeping and month-end bank and loan reconciliations
· Prepare supplier and office expense payments
· Follow up on customer collections
· Liaise with auditors and company secretaries
· Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings for entities
· Prepare financial reports for director sign-off
· Track monthly freight invoices and verify any incorrect charges
· Prepare quarterly commission calculations (for sales)
· Monitor incoming shipments and allocate payments accordingly (advance payments vs invoices), with weekly checks to ensure payments are accurate
HR-Related Matters
· Prepare monthly payroll and staff claim payments
· Submit monthly CPF contributions
· Prepare HR documentation (employment letters, increment letters, and management-related correspondence)
· Submit required documents to government agencies (e.g. Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS)
Administrative
· Handle general administrative duties, including completing and submitting required forms/documents for various entities (e.g. bank forms, supplier documents)
· Manage office supplies and office-related expenses (Order Drinking Water, Stationeries)
