Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Field Operation leads service delivery across semiconductor fabs, ensuring high tool uptime, KPI performance, and customer satisfaction. The role oversees complex issue resolution, manages escalations, and collaborates with HQ and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end field service operations for CVD products across multiple fabs to achieve high tool uptime and service excellence
• Own and monitor service performance KPIs including uptime, MTTR, MTBF, response time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) to drive operational effectiveness
• Provide strategic direction to resolve complex technical issues and manage escalation processes efficiently
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with headquarters, engineering, and global support teams to optimize service delivery
• Manage senior customer relationships and lead resolution of critical escalations with fab stakeholders to maintain trust and satisfaction
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability, uptime, and cost efficiency
• Oversee predictive maintenance programs and implement data-driven failure analysis strategies to prevent downtime
• Govern a portfolio of service projects and key customer accounts to ensure timely and quality execution
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing field service teams and succession pipelines to sustain operational excellence
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and fab operational standards to uphold quality and safety
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management to support organizational goals

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in process development focused on CVD equipment.

• Strong knowledge of thin-film deposition, vacuum systems, and semiconductor manufacturing practices.

• Proven track record in process optimization, yield enhancement, and equipment troubleshooting.

Job Purpose

The Etch (Senior) Process Engineer develops plasma etch processes for MEMS/CIS/Power Devices/Advanced Packaging and/or memory/logic etch applications in support of our sales activities to customers, during installation and after service care. Their main duties include process testing and monitoring of the equipment, updating current system processes and conducting assessments of the working condition of our tools.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Develop new plasma etch processes for above mentioned semiconductor industry segments with strong focus on polysilicon and nitride or metal etch.
2. Work with customer to maintain & optimize current plasma etch processes, including coordinating and conducting etch process development
3. Qualify etch processes in installed base
4. Work with engineering and product group for continuous improvement project
5. Participate in customer meetings, escalations and resolve customer problems in a timely manner
6. Troubleshoot process issues
7. Keep field operations and management team informed of customer’s evaluation and perception of system performance
8. Provide technical guidance to less experienced process engineers and/or customer
9. Any other ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned by Manager

Education & Experience

• Min. Degree in Engineering or related engineering fields
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in process engineering (sustenance or development) in a wafer fab or etch equipment vendor position, preferably with at least 2-3 years experience on Etch process/equipment
• Prior field process support or development experience in Inductively Coupled Plasma(ICP) etcher is a must
• Technical knowledge of deep Silicon etch using Bosch process on Through Silicon Via (TSV), plasma dicing or deep trench applications is advantageous
• Some experience in Capacitively Coupled Plasma (CCP) etcher will be bonus

The (Senior) Sales Manager is to achieve revenue targets and drive growth for the organization. This position requires strategic thinking, the ability to create and execute effective sales plans for Semiconductor Equipment in the SEA region.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Strategy development: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
2. Business development: Identify new business opportunities locally and regionally, and develop relationships with key clients and partners.
3. Sales forecasting: Analyze market trends and customer data to forecast sales revenue and develop sales projections.
4. Budgeting and financial management: Develop and manage sales budgets, including forecasting revenue and expenses, to ensure profitability.
5. Customer relationship management: Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, respond to their needs and concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Sales performance analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, including tracking key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and making strategic adjustments.
7. Reporting and communication: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with product and process group to define opportunity and demo application. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and integration across the organization.
9. Any other ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned by Manager

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering discipline
• Min. 8 years of sales experience with proven track record of success as a local or regional sales
• Experience in semiconductor and semiconductor equipment industry a must
• Knowledge of market trends, sales strategies, and customer needs preferred
• Experienced with MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experienced with sales forecasting tools, and sales pipeline management
