Role: Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences / Pharma Manufacturing

• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across global requirements, from understanding demand to onboarding candidates.

 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, with end-to-end hiring ownership

• Good understanding of how hiring works across different countries, including local regulations and practices

Project Controller – Capital Engineering Projects
Industry: Biopharmaceutical / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Overview

We are looking for a Project Controller to support a large capital investment program within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role will work closely with the Project Manager to manage project financials, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update monthly project financial reports including cost status, forecast spending, and cash flow.
• Track project expenditures and maintain strong control of project financials.
• Support CAPEX project controlling activities, including asset capitalization and financial compliance.
• Work with EPCM contractors to review claims and forecast upcoming costs.
• Provide weekly financial updates and highlight project risks to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with finance teams on accruals, fixed assets management, and project closure documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Controls or Project Financial Management.
• Experience supporting large capital projects in engineering, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of project cost tracking, financial forecasting, and reporting.

We are seeking a Junior–Mid Level RPA Developer to design, develop, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve operational efficiency and automate repetitive business processes.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify automation opportunities, develop and deploy bots, troubleshoot automation issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes.
• Maintain and support existing automation bots to ensure stable and efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot bot failures and resolve automation-related incidents.
• Work closely with business users to identify automation opportunities and document process requirements.

-         Responsible for the Project leading and managingfor Pharma or Biopharma clients for DCS system (Emerson DeltaV).

-         Team lead and mentor for automation engineersand graduates trainees.

-         Defining project infrastructure Scope andrequirements, Planning shopfloor network architecture, networking, and hardware deployment in Clean room environment for Pharma and Bio Pharma.

-         Technical delivery of automation infrastructure and hardware systems as required by project teams.

-         Liaising directly with the vendor in terms of status of orders and delivery plans

-         Will drive the client requirements to Functional Specifications and Design for automation and guide engineers for deliverables for projects

-         Work with various teams to design system architecture, Philosophy and standards for Design Specifications, Control Strategies, and library elements.

-         Based on client requirements supporting manufacturing operations from networking and DCS side,  for day today support.

-         Support on NC and CAPA and identification of root causes

-         Continuous improvement of the system and support for Operations.

-         Design and Deployment of OT networks and qualification.

Requirements

·         Minimum of 12-15 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry.

·         Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for GMP manufacturing site.

·         Through understanding of Batch S88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc)

·         Through understanding of OT Networking and Virtualization in OT environment for Pharma and Bio Pharma.

·         Experience leading and managing Engineers and Senior Engineers.

·         Understanding of Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical process

·         Expert in of automation hardware and networking technologies

·         Emerson DeltaV DCS Batch experience required

·         Expert with SDLC and quality management processes in the pharma

·         Ability to work well in a team environment.

·         Able to manage multiple party coordination for automation projects and manufacturing support.

·         Have understanding of Project Management Process or PMP certification.
