Conduct R&D for Refrigerant Equipment and lead a Team of Technicians and assistant engineer. Full and hands on experience with Testing of refrigerant screw, scroll, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors. Able and have hands on experience to disassemble, troubleshot, repair and train technicians and engineers for this above task. Have Full and Hands on experience in CAD and CAM software for manufacturing and able to guide technicians and engineers in this task. Full understand and hands On experience in CNC Machine like Milling, Lathe, Laser, Press Brake etc and able to guide and
Have full and hands on PLC programming experience in Codesys software and guide technicians and engineers to develop controls algorithm for refrigeration systems and testing software.

Importantly, Able to have innovative and creative ideas for new compressors, heat exchangers & control features for refrigeration equipment.
Willing to Travel and able to work independently for long periods.

At least 20 years experience in the above.

We are seeking a motivated Electrical / ACMV Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support electrical and air-conditioning works, troubleshooting, maintenance, and project coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical / ACMV systems
• Conduct site inspections and attend to service / maintenance works
• Assist in project coordination and ensure work completion on schedule
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and site personnel when required
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident preferred
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field
