What you will do
- Lead, originate, execute and portfolio management of digital infrastructure investment opportunities
- Prepare document for internal investment committee meetings
- Senior end-to-end hands-on role in investment team, responsible for expanding digital infrastructure platform, AUM growth, product development and fee revenue
- Deep individual contribution in underwriting, acquisitions, portfolio management, and stakeholder management
- Involvement in strategic and tactical work, from high-level negotiations to detailed underwriting and analysis
- Keep abreast of all digital infrastructure markets across APAC
Must-have skills & attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a quantitative discipline (strong academic record)
- 12-15 years’ relevant experience (investment banking, project-finance, infrastructure PE, Big 4 modelling, or in digital infrastructure company as a developer, operator, and/or investor within Asia Pacific)
- Solid financial-modelling ability in Excel; comfortable building models from a blank sheet and running sensitivities
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, able to manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally
- Experience in managing investor, lender, and/or JV partner relationships
- Passion for digital infrastructure and long-term investment strategy
- Working knowledge of accounting, valuation and basic debt-structuring concepts
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication; able to distil findings into investor-ready slides
- High attention to detail, self-starter mentality and willingness to take ownership in a lean team
- Eligibility to work in Singapore and readiness to travel within Asia-Pacific
Nice to have
- Experience with ESG frameworks (IFC PS, SFDR, TCFD) or climate-tech databases (BloombergNEF, Mercom)
- Exposure to asset-management or portfolio-optimisation projects
- Experience preparing investor presentations, data-rooms or other fundraising materials
