Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervising tunnelling works (Slurry type TBM)
• Monitored TBM operational parameters in accordance with specified & recommended value by QPD.
• Monitoring STP plant operation, Quality test of slurry KPI for various ground conditions & Secondary muck pit calculationfor each ring.
• Time-to-Time monitoring the excavation management excavated volume (by theoretically, by actual during mining through volume & Weight graphs) check the face pressures throughout the excavation
• Monitor the Volume & weight graphs during the mining monitor the mining speed, thrust forces, cutter torque, cutter head speed, Penetration, main articulation and ram extension reports the over excavation occurs and tunnel alignment out of the deviation +/- 50mm
• Responsible for ring key selection. Recording of all technical details i.e. steps & lips, grout volumes etc. as specified in the contract method statement.
• Check steps and lips measurement within allowable limits just after ring built and after backfill grouting.
• Kept strict Quality checks on various tunnelling activities i.e.
• Inspection and Testing of primary and secondary grout.
• Providing full time supervision and inspection for Tunnel related works.
• Supervising and inspect the ground improvement works.
• Supervising and inspect Soil for investigation works along the tunnel drive.
• Supervising and inspect the Instrumentation installation works for tunnel and station.
• Supervising and inspect the structural works for Pasir Ris Station.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports

Job Summary

Operate and maintain office IT hardware and software to support project teams. Manage project data entry, document control, and reporting to ensure smooth workflows and data security in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computers, printers, scanners, and other office hardware to ensure continuous site or project office functionality.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues and escalate unresolved problems to the IT team to minimize downtime.
• Enter and update project-related data such as material records, labor details, purchase orders, and subcontractor information into company databases or ERP systems for accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain and back up project files including drawings, BOQs, approvals, and daily reports to ensure data continuity and recovery capability.
• Prepare and format daily and weekly reports on site progress, material consumption, and attendance using MS Office tools (Word, Excel) for clear communication.
• Print, scan, digitize, and organize important documents such as payment vouchers, approvals, and drawings in shared folders or cloud drives for easy retrieval.
• Assist site engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers by creating presentations, emails, and formatted technical documents to support project communication.
• Manage soft-copy records for tenders, variations, and correspondence to enable quick access by engineering and commercial teams.
• Maintain login access, password control, and implement basic data security practices to protect project information integrity.
• Ensure software applications including Office, accounting, and project-tracking tools are updated and functioning to prevent workflow disruptions.

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations or Command Center environment.
• Proficiency with IT systems such as Mainframe, AS/400, UNIX/Linux, Windows, and Mac.
• Working experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with project teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain composure under pressure.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts following a structured pattern to support continuous operations.
