Authorities and Responsibilities

1. Assembly of higher end products which require self-interpretation and understanding of technical drawing, assembly requirements, which also includes Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance
2. Electrical wiring and soldering for installation and assembling of mechanical and sub-assembly level components.
3. Troubleshooting of machinery, servicing and maintenance.
4. Perform testing and commissioning of machines and testers.
5. Providing smooth and continuous running and support on machines and projects.
6. To provide rework or make call for the required rework processes.
7. Providing guidance to the team of operators.

Competence Requirements

• Preferred to have Secondary / NTC / Diploma in engineering field or equivalent.
• Fresh NTC / Diploma holder may be considered, else others with minimum 3 years of related work experience in manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawing.

Authorities and Responsibilities

1. To interpret technical drawing and perform machining process and requirement to produce the work piece.
2. Perform simple machine code programming with G code / M code.
3. To operate, set up parts and producing parts as per drawing specification.
4. Guiding and providing operator/machinist with basic instruction in operating the machines.
5. Design simple jigs & fixtures for machining improvement process.
6. To responsible of all production mechanical related product matter and troubleshoot on dimensions non-conformance, and provide corrective actions and remedy.
7. Participate in failure analysis, recommend appropriate corrective/preventive technical action (if any)
8. To perform other similar or related duties as directed by superior from time to time.

Competence Requirement

Education level:

1. Min. ITE-NTEC / Diploma in Precision Machining or its related discipline.

Experience /Competence level:

1. Min 3 years in relevant experience in related field

2. Able to interpret technical drawings, and having machining knowledge.

3. Experience in machining processes such as CNC Milling / Turning.

4. Possess good analytical, verbal /written and interpersonal skills

Job Description:

1. Performing general inspection of parts and products at the Incoming/In-Process/Outgoing gate.

Competence Requirements

• Preferred Secondary, NTC certification holder from related CNC/Fabrication industry.

1. Responsible in executing directives as set forth for the Purchasing Department in meeting management objectives.
2. Provide primarily support at material department, as well as to Sales department on quotation of standard purchase items.
3. Source, negotiate & purchase of materials, especially electronics and mechanical components.
4. Sending out inquiry to multiple sources for the best price and delivery.
5. Analyze quote and recommend source of purchase.
6. Create purchase order and update purchase list and summary.

2. Carry out periodic maintenance of machines & ensure that all potential environmental impact associated with the machineries are minimized & mitigated.
3. Carry out schedule and preventive maintenance works.
4. Attend to breakdowns and assist in repair works, and escalate calls for vendor support if necessary.
5. Update and maintain records of plant equipment and machinery.
6. Upkeep the spare parts list and ensure purchases requisitions are made.

Competence Requirement

Authorities and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing directives for the Quality Assurance Department in meeting management objectives.
2. Formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategies programs for the company.
3. Implement and maintain a system of auditing the facility and periodic calibration of test, measuring equipment and tools.
4. Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
5. Administer and manage continuous improvement program for all QA processes.
6. Work closely with auditors, customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
7. Manage sub-contractors for on-time supply of treatment process, as well as meeting technical requirement.
8. Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.
9. Work closely among inter-department to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
10. Review and approve disposition program / action for nonconforming products.
11. Ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established and implemented.
12. Report to top management on the performance of the quality management system, and note needed improvements.
13. Ensure the promotion of awareness of statutory, regulatory and customer requirements throughout the organization.

The Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in business by ensuring that products meet certain standards of quality.
