Job Summary
Join a dynamic architectural practice contributing to projects from concept to completion. As an Architectural Associate, you will lead design, project delivery, contract administration, tender management, and coordination across diverse projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate architectural projects through all phases, including conceptual design, design development, documentation, tender, contract administration, construction, and project completion to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and administer tender documentation, evaluate submissions, and assist in contract management to support project procurement and execution
- Execute architectural design and technical coordination to meet project requirements for both local and overseas projects
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and successful project outcomes
- Provide comprehensive office administration and maintain accurate project documentation to support project management activities
- Coordinate closely with regional associate offices, joint venture partners, and outsourced project teams to ensure quality control and timely project execution
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a university recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects
