About the Role
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Operations Executive to be stationed at one of our fitness venues. You will be the on-the-ground face of the business — keeping the venue running smoothly, supporting our trainers and clients, and ensuring accurate reporting back to management.
Trainer & Venue Operations
• Coordinate trainer schedules and ensure SOPs are followed
• Ensure sessions and client data are accurately logged on Mindbody
• Liaise with venue operators on bookings, access, and day-to-day usage
• Oversee opening/closing, venue readiness, and general upkeep
• Uphold health, safety, and incident reporting standards
Client & Front-of-House
• Handle customer enquiries and walk-ins
• Process client payments and ensure accurate transaction records
• Be the first point of contact for client feedback, complaints, and escalations
Reporting & Administration
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on revenue, client numbers, and session volumes
• Process invoices and support basic bookkeeping (receipts, expenses, petty cash)
• Manage vendor relationships — orders, deliveries, and service requests
• Manage inventory (towels, water, retail, cleaning supplies) and equipment maintenance
• Maintain client data in line with PDPA requirements
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
• Prior experience in operations, front-of-house, studio coordination, or a similar admin role
• Experience dealing with affluent clients is a plus
• Comfortable with platforms like Mindbody (or able to pick it up quickly) and basic spreadsheets
• Strong organisational skills, reliable timekeeping, and good attention to detail
• Warm, professional, client-facing communication in English (additional languages a plus)
• Eligible to work in Singapore (Citizen or PR)
