Overview:
Support corporate strategy development and performance management at organisational level, working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead organisation-wide strategic planning and annual planning cycles
• Drive execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives and performance indicators
• Manage performance tracking systems (KPIs, scorecards, reporting)
• Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making
• Lead cross-functional projects and stakeholder coordination
• Ensure alignment with cluster-level strategies and regulatory requirements
• Manage and develop a team, including planning, reporting, and staff development
Requirements:
• Degree with at least 5 years of experience in strategic planning / consulting / corporate planning
