As a Sales Performance Leader, you’ll lead a team of Insurance Consultants in a contact centre environment, coaching them to have better conversations with customers who have actively sought us out. You’ll report to the Head of Sales and Customer Care and work alongside a collaborative leadership team, accountable for achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring every interaction reflects the standard we’re known for.

In This Role You Will;

• Coach your team to consistently achieve sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and effective use of leads
• Develop individual capability through regular one-on-one coaching, call reviews, and calibration sessions that translate into stronger customer conversations
• Establish clear performance expectations and take a proactive, consistent approach to managing gaps and maintaining standards
• Build an engaged and motivated team through recognition, incentives, and a culture where people genuinely want to perform
• Uphold conduct and compliance standards to ensure trusted customer outcomes and business integrity

STRATEGIC DIRECTION & BRAND PRIORITIES 

• Localise global and national Red Bull strategies to build a distinctive local face of the brand.
• Use deep consumer, regional and competitor insights to drive idea generation, product understanding and brand image.
• Partner with regional sales to build both mental and physical availability across On Premise, Off Premise and universities.
• Drive relevance across key consumption occasions through tailored messaging, occasion campaigns and big regional moments.
• Co-create the regional communication strategy with national specialists to maximise local impact.

MARKETING INNOVATION & PREMIUM EXECUTION

• Develop innovative, locally relevant ideas that bring the brand to life across the full marketing mix.
• Ensure every touchpoint delivers a premium, detail-obsessed consumer experience at events and in field activations.
• Lead consumer- and brand-first communication with a strong focus on digital and social media.
• Build and leverage a powerful network of local influencers, partners and Red Bull athletes to amplify activity 360°.
• Enhance brand visibility and excitement through smart use of 3rd party events, owned channels and event vehicles.

ORGANISATIONAL CAPABILITIES & ENABLING STRUCTURE

• Manage agencies and external partners to deliver smooth, effective event logistics and execution.

You will lead the regional communications, marketing and brand agenda, ensuring a clear and consistent narrative across all channels and stakeholders. This includes overseeing internal and external communications, media relations, corporate affairs and change communications.

• Master the Multichannel Puzzle: Manage complex messaging across SaaS and On-Premise solutions, ensuring clear, outcome-based stories for diverse personas and global regions.

• Map the Journey: Interrogate data using Heap and Microsoft Clarity to define "Jobs to be Done," while conducting qualitative interviews to validate customer and partner needs.

• Finesse Technical Truth: Partner with Engineering and Support SMEs to transform raw technical knowledge into high-impact, brand-aligned content that guides visitors from education to lead.

• Optimise Information Architecture: Rethink how technical documentation is accessed, ensuring "how-tos" are intuitive and structured.

• Drive the Roadmap: Own the backlog for product-related web improvements, setting clear requirements and priorities that deliver the highest value.

As the Sales Advisor, you are the friendly faces that greet our customers and embody the heart of our brand. 

You'll have the opportunity to provide customers with high-level service at every turn. From initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor. 

Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you'll guide our customers through their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, in collaboration with your team, you’ll create moments that matter. 

While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have, they're not mandatory.
