Job Summary

We are seeking full-time Service Crew for our Paragon outlet to deliver excellent customer service, manage orders, maintain outlet cleanliness, and support daily operations in a friendly, efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Process customer orders accurately for cakes and beverages using the POS system
• Receive, inspect, and display cakes attractively to maintain product appeal
• Perform barista tasks to prepare beverages, enhancing customer satisfaction (advantageous skill)
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards throughout the outlet
• Execute daily opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operations

• Working Hours: 5-6 days (Monday-Friday & Alt Saturday, 9.00am – 6.00pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and deliver good customer service.
• Help customers locate products, respond to questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately across various forms of payment.
• Keep the sales floor and cashier area clean and well organized.
• Stock and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays as needed.
• Support inventory counts and tag new merchandise.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Role Overview

Supports day-to-day store servicing to ensure shelves are stocked, displays are maintained, and basic merchandising standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Servicing & Replenishment

• Visit assigned outlets based on fixed schedule
• Replenish stocks and ensure products are properly displayed
• Ensure price tags and labels are accurate and updated
• Maintain cleanliness and basic visual standards of shelves

2. Inventory Support

• Monitor stock levels and report low/out-of-stock items
• Assist in stock counts and highlight discrepancies
• Support simple returns or stock movement when required

3. Basic Merchandising Execution

• Set up simple displays and follow provided planograms
• Ensure key SKUs are placed in visible and accessible areas

4. Reporting

• Submit store visit reports with photos on time
• Highlight basic issues (OOS, damaged items, missing price tags)

Requirements
