This Executive, Finance (Contract & Procurement) is a critical role that is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Finance in strengthening and formalizing GetGo’s procurement processes by ensuring efficient day-to-day purchasing operations, strong contract governance, and proper vendor management across the Group. 

This role serves as the operational anchor for procurement execution, supporting vendor onboarding, tender coordination, contract administration, Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processing, and procurement compliance. This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to grow within procurement, contract management, and commercial operations while gaining strong cross-functional exposure. 

How You Will Make An Impact

• Tender Documentation Support: Support the preparation of Invitation to Quote (ITQ), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for procurement activities including vehicles, workshops, towing, insurance, cameras, cleaning, decals, and other operational services.

• Quotation Comparison & Evaluation: Assist in quotation collection, vendor comparisons, benchmarking, and documentation to ensure compliance with the “3-quotation” policy and proper justification for vendor selection.
