Warehouse Assistant

• Must have Forklift licence;
• Class 3 licence is an added advantage;
• Prior experience as warehouse assistant is preferred;
• Should be comfortable with loading/unloading heavy goods manually;
• 5 days work week; 830am to 6pm.

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading of cargo
• General warehousing and housekeeping duties
• Responsible for completing the job process from Inbound to Outbound
• Ensure that the administrative work that goes along with the processes is conducted in a proper manner
• Ensure proper records for the stock kept in the warehouse
• Adhoc work as and when may be assigned

Job Scope:

Role Summary

The Warehouse & Ecommerce Fulfillment Assistant is responsible for receiving inventory, organizing stock, picking and packing ecommerce orders, replenishing retail inventory, and ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

This role plays a critical part in supporting our ecommerce and retail operations across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Order Fulfillment

• Pick products according to customer orders.
• Pack orders accurately and professionally.
• Prepare orders for courier collection.
• Print shipping labels and airway bills.
• Ensure same-day processing of orders where possible.

Warehouse Operations

• Candidates with Class 3 Driving Licence and/or Forklift Licence may be offered a higher salary based on experience and qualifications.

Working Hours:

• 5.5-day work week
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm

• Basic Salary: S$1,800 – S$2,400 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
