We're looking for an outgoing, people-first promoter to represent our brand at an upcoming beauty event. This isn't a passive role. You'll be the one starting conversations, drawing people in, and making them genuinely curious about our personal care products.

Marketing

• Ensure dealer marketing activity is planned, delivered and effectively analysed in line with prospects and sales targets and variable margin policy
• Communication with dealers, Sales and Aftersales team, on a daily/weekly basis
• Ensure the objectives of central and regional campaigns are reflected within the dealers marketing plans
• Enable the dealers network to develop aligned Digital, Media and Marketing strategies
• Ensure regular reviews, planning reporting and measurement of dealer marketing plans takes place
• Management and maximise use of the APAC fleet in dealer marketing plans, during the period assigned within the area
• Allocate dealer support funds to ensure best value and maximise dealer engagement

• Steering dealers in prospecting activities and leads generation as well as ensuring they understand what is required in Sales Funnel in order to align marketing plan with sales target

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Event Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of all private and public events within our premium Chinese restaurant and live music venue. This role is responsible for the "full lifecycle" of an event—from the initial guest inquiry and menu customization to the physical setup and "on-the-day" floor management. You will ensure that every celebration, whether a corporate banquet, a wedding, or a live performance night, is executed with precision and flair.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Execution: Act as the primary point of contact for event organizers. Coordinate all logistics, including floor plans, specialized menus, and run-of-sheets.

• Sales & Revenue: Handle event inquiries, conduct site tours, and prepare quotations. Work toward monthly event sales targets.

• HR & Manpower Allocation: Work with the Assistant Operations Manager to hire and train temporary banquet staff or "Part-timers" for large-scale events.

• Marketing Support: Assist in creating "event packages" and promotional materials for festive seasons.

• Technical Assistance: Provide basic support for KTV or stage equipment setup if the specialized AV team is occupied.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all event setups (especially those involving stage props or high-capacity crowds) comply with SFA food safety and SCDF fire safety regulations.

• Floor Duty: During non-event periods, assist in general restaurant floor management to maintain high service standards for walk-in diners.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in event management or banquet operations within the F&B or hospitality sector.
