In B2Bfinancial services, particularly across Asia-Pacific, in-person engagement is a primary driver of trust, executive access and commercial progression. Events are a core pillar of our B2B marketing strategy - supporting executive positioning, product storytelling and targeted account development.
In this role you will own the planning, execution and optimization of Banking Circle’s event strategy across the region and ensure our APAC presence is commercially targeted, brand-consistent and aligned to global strategic priorities.
We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a structured APAC events roadmap
· Partner closely with regional sales leadership to align event strategy with pipeline priorities
· Advise on priority association memberships and industry forums
· Identify speaking opportunities aligned to key industry themes
· Lead execution of regional conferences, roundtables and hospitality events
· Apply ABM principles to ensure targeted, high-quality invite strategy
· Ensure all events reflect Banking Circle’s brand and positioning standards
· Translate global campaigns and messaging into relevant APAC activations
· Deliver post-event analysis and measurable commercial outcomes
The ideal candidate will have 7-10years’ experience in B2B fintech or financial services marketing.
You understand the APAC fintech andpayments landscape and knows which associations, forums and conferences carryinfluence. You can advise our sales team on where Banking Circle should – andshould not – be present, and you have awareness of current industry topics andcan identify relevant speaking opportunities.
You operate with a campaign mindset,translating global messaging into local nuance and bring structure tohospitality and networking initiatives across diverse markets.
Finally, you execute with precision while maintaining brand standards.
