Create and manage social media content for company platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Plan and develop creative content including photos, videos, and short reels
Write captions and schedule posts regularly
Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages or comments
Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions
Capture product photos and videos for promotional use
Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new ideas
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
Students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Able to create simple video content and editing (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
Creative, responsible, and able to meet deadlines

Working Arrangement: Rotational shift-based (5 working days per week)
Shift Arrangement: Monday to Friday or Friday to Tuesday
Weekend: Work-From-Home
Working hour: 9am-6pm or 12pm-9pm (include 1 hour break)
Key Responsibilities
Handle Customer enquiries via Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada, and social media.
Respond to enquiries professionally and promptly.
Assist customers with order, delivery and product-related questions.
Coordinate with internal team for order or issue resolution.
Maintain good customer satisfaction rate and service quality.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or e-commerce experience preferred.
