About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Media Designer& Video Editor to join our fun digital marketing team in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both design and video, and is comfortable producing content and managing both video shoots and post-production for digital campaigns.

You will work closely with our digital marketing team to create visually engaging materials that support brand and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital creatives for websites, social media, online ads, and marketing campaigns
• Produce high-volume short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) efficiently
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, digital platforms, and promotional use
• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos optimised for different platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Create short-form and long-form video content, including adaptations for vertical formats
• Perform colour correction, audio enhancement, and video optimisation
• Support marketing campaigns with visual and video assets
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs
• Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently
• Manage various portfolio assets and ensure organised file management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (open to fresh graduates with a strong portfolio)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Familiar with digital and social media formats
• Comfortable handling cameras, lighting, and audio equipment independently
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital video formats
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

Good to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or animation

Job Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Management

• Coordinate and follow up exhibition, event setup, and commercial carpentry projects from design stage to completion.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Communicate with customers on project details, requirements, and progress updates.
• Assist in preparing work schedules, quotations, cost estimations, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational or on-site issues promptly.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and with high client satisfaction.

Site Operations

• Conduct site visits for measurement, coordination, and progress checks.
• Attend on-site setup for exhibitions, events, and installations.
• Ensure smooth execution during setup and dismantling.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and logistics when required.

Requirements

• Experience in exhibition, event setup, commercial carpentry, interior fit-out, or related industries is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with clients, suppliers, and workers).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, hands-on, and willing to work on-site when required.

ROLE SUMMARY

Join our dynamic marketing team as a Social Media Content Creator and become a key player in our digital expansion. We're looking for a creative powerhouse to craft viral-worthy videos, engaging social content, and compelling blog posts across our brands: Rentokil, Initial, and Mouldgone.

This role is all about creating high-impact content that drives leads and builds our community. You'll manage everything from daily social media accounts to influence collaborations and project campaigns.

KEY WORK OUTPUTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Content Creation and Optimisation:

• Develop, produce, and schedule compelling content for our diverse social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role will support all the Rentokil, Initial and Mouldgone brands.

• Create and edit short-form video content specifically designed to go viral, driving brand awareness and generating quality leads. Monthly content will primarily be video (80%) and static imagery (20%).

• Proactively identify, engage, and manage collaborations with key influencers to broaden our brand's reach and enhance brand messaging. Ensure all partnerships deliver measurable results that align with our campaign objectives.

• Oversee the day-to-day management of all social media accounts, which includes developing a content calendar, crafting engaging captions, optimising hashtags, analysing performance metrics, and fostering community engagement.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.

Project Management and Campaign Briefs:

• Effectively prioritise and schedule content creation tasks, managing multiple projects concurrently to meet deadlines.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, SHE and Peer marketers across Asia) to coordinate campaign creation, share insights and align content with broader marketing strategies.
  
• Exhibit strong project management skills to ensure content production remains on track and achieves established objectives.

Email Marketing for Nurture Journeys:

• Create persuasive, compelling content for email landing pages as part of nurture journeys to enhance customer engagement.

• Leverage customer segmentation and buyer personas to craft personalized email content that drives conversions and aligns with customer journeys.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Excellent command of the English language, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  
• Proficiency in video creation/editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Video shooting.
  
• Mandatory to be native or fluent English speaker.
  
• Experience with basic website management (WordPress, Magnolia or similar platforms) and SEO knowledge preferred.

• Creative mindset with the ability to turn technical/industrial work into engaging content.

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, businesses, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome)

5 days, 9am-6pm

Salary: $4000 - $5000, negotiable depends on experience

Job scope:

Business Development & Market Expansion:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across printers, converters, packaging companies, and brand owners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Actively promote company’s portfolio of paper and board products into target market segments
• Drive specification of products into brand and packaging projects

Pre-Sales & Technical Consultation:

• Engage customers to understand their application needs (printing, packaging, branding, sustainability goals)
• Recommend suitable paper and board grades based on performance, cost, and end-use requirements
• Provide technical support on printability, runnability, and conversion performance
• Work closely with mills and internal teams to align product offerings with customer requirements

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

• Gather insights on market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Support product positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Identify opportunities for new product introductions or exclusive representations

Marketing & Industry Engagement:

• Support marketing activities including product launches, presentations, and customer workshops
