Grab's Paid Media Team is a team of integrated media experts and marketers who are passionate about their work. This team leads both traditional and strategic dynamic device buying channels to grow our market reach and re-engage with existing users. It uses internal user operation levers and internal traffic management products to improve user acquisition efficiency. Additionally, it deep dives into the full converting funnels to uplift channel efficiency during each iteration cycle.

We are looking for an Integrated Media Lead to architect regional growth strategies across our diverse portfolio (including activities outside of Southeast Asia). This is a unique, career-defining role where you will sit between Consumer Full-Funnel Marketing and B2B Growth for our technology and data solutions.

You are a strategist who can seamlessly pivot from high-volume, mass-reach consumer campaigns to high-intent, account-based B2B lead generation. You will be responsible for orchestrating 360-degree media campaigns. You will also manage substantial regional budgets. Additionally, you will lead external agencies to ensure our media presence, across both digital and traditional touchpoints, is performing at a world-class level.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Integrated Media Strategy & Budget Governance
  • Dual-Track Orchestration: Design and champion integrated media strategies for both B2C (user acquisition/retention) and B2B (lead generation/brand authority) verticals.
  • 360° Vision: Bridge the gap between offline (OOH, Traditional) and online channels to ensure a cohesive brand narrative across the full consumer and business journey.

The Singapore Association of Convention & Exhibition Organisers & Suppliers (SACEOS) is the national trade association for Singapore’s Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) industry. With over 45 years of proven dedication, SACEOS brings together industry leaders, innovators and partners to drive excellence, collaboration and growth across the MICE ecosystem.

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Events Manager (contract) to play a key role in the planning, coordination and delivery of the Singapore MICE Forum (SMF) 2026, SACEOS’ flagship industry event taking place from 29–31 July 2026.

This role will work closely with the SMF Committee, partners and stakeholders to deliver a high-impact platform that fosters meaningful connections, drives industry dialogue and showcases Singapore’s leadership in the global MICE landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Planning & Coordination (SMF 2026)

• Support the development of SMF 2026’s event concept, theme and programme in collaboration with the SMF Committee to ensure alignment with SACEOS’ strategic priorities and industry needs.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring event timelines, budgets and workplans to ensure the successful delivery of SMF 2026 from 29–31 July 2026.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for SMF Committee meetings, including scheduling, documentation and follow-ups.

2. Event Operations & Logistics

• Support the operational planning and execution of SMF 2026, including venue coordination, vendor procurement, contract management, logistics planning, registration systems, F&B arrangements, AV production and on-site event production & delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers, partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless set-up, live operations and tear-down across all three days of the Forum.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of SMF operations manuals, production schedules and contingency plans.
• Assist in sponsorship fulfilment, partnership activations and speaker management to enhance delegate experience and deliver value to stakeholders.

3.Delegate Recruitment & Engagement

• Support the implementation of strategies to recruit and engage participants for SMF 2026, including industry professionals, SACEOS members, partners and international delegates.
• Assist in outreach efforts through targeted campaigns, strategic partnerships and industry networks to drive attendance and participation.
• Work closely with the marketing and membership teams to support delegate engagement before, during and after SMF 2026.

4.Post-Event Evaluation & Reporting

• Assist in post-event evaluation for SMF 2026, including gathering delegate and stakeholder feedback, consolidating performance data and preparing post-event reports.
• Support the identification of insights and areas for improvement, and contribute ideas to strengthen future editions of the Singapore MICE Forum.

SUMMARY FOR THE ROLE

This is not a desk job where you hide behind stock photos and corporate graphics. You will be the on-camera face of Teleport Next Day. You will be the bridge between our operations, our brand, and the SME community. One day you might be at our sorting hub shooting a fast-paced IG Reel on how we clear customs in 4 hours; the next day you’ll be at a bazaar interviewing a local fashion brand about how they ship to Singapore.

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for an extroverted creator who knows how to make scroll-stopping, social-first content that builds credibility and trust with business owners. You will work closely with the Teleport Next Day Marketing team to ensure everything you shoot aligns with our "Faster, Cheaper, Better" pillars.

Note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hybrid arrangement). 

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Every day is different, but you will own the social engine from end to end:

• Be the Face of the Brand: Confidently host, narrate, and star in our Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts. You are the human connection to our logistics network.
• On-the-Ground Storytelling: Travel to our hubs, warehouses, and customer storefronts to capture raw, authentic operational and testimonial content.
• End-to-End Social Ownership: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish content across our core channels 
• Fast-Turn Production: Expertly use tools like CapCut or Canva to cut native, vertical video edits, memes, and reactive content in hours, not weeks.
• Community Engagement: Don't just post and ghost. Actively manage our social community, reply to SME sellers, and keep a pulse on eCommerce trends.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with the Product Marketer to ensure your organic social content warms up the audience for our paid performance campaigns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, or brand-side storytelling.
• On-Camera Confidence: You must be highly comfortable speaking on camera with high energy and articulate delivery.
• Native Social Platform Fluency: You deeply understand the algorithm, pacing, hooks, and audio trends of Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• The "Scrappy Creator" Mindset: You don't need a massive production crew. You can shoot an engaging video with just a smartphone, a ring light, and a wireless mic.
• Language Proficiency: Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency. You know how to use local nuance and "rojak" language to authentically connect with Malaysian SMEs.
• Strategic Autonomy: You can take a high-level marketing brief (e.g., "We need to show sellers that our customs process is safe") and turn it into a 30-second viral video script.

Account Management
