Responsibilities :

• Translation and interpretation between English and Japanese languages
• Maintain effective communication between internal parties and Japan Headquarter
• Ensure compliance with Company's standards and requirements in the area of general affairs - Assist in preparing and consolidating regular reports for management and Japan Headquarter review
• Assist in internal approval processes
• Assist in business trip arrangements
• Provide administrative support on internal approval documents and other corporate documents
• Liaise with the Japan team & legal counsel on matters related to legality issue
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between local departments, including Accounting, HR, QA, Merchandising, Store Operations, Store Development, IT, and the Japan HQ Overseas Business Support units to ensure the seamless execution of General Affairs protocols and corporate instructions.
